Veritas Backup Exec 10 remote agent backup

Hiya!

Since upgrading from version 9.0 to 10.0 I have a problem to backup a remote server in a DMZ. Every time the job fails with the following error:

Job ended: Thursday, November 10, 2005 at 11:23:27 AM
Completed status: Failed
Final error: 0xe0000f02 - The media server could not connect to the remote computer. The remote computer may not exist on the selected subnet,
but the option to use any available network route was not selected. Try selecting an alternative network interface,
or allow Backup Exec to choose any available network interface.
Final error category: Resource Errors

I have already nearly completely (the only exception is netbios) opened the firewall between the two servers, but that does not resolve the issue. I have also tried Veritas support document 275418, but that also did not help.
The Backup Exec server was upgraded from the setup, the remote agent with a manual silent setup.

Do you have any suggestions/solutions?

As you have upgraded from BE v9.0 to BE v10.0 , have you upgraded the remote agent also?
