IDR Restore Ejects Tapes !

I am testing the Veritas 10 SBS Backup.
Just aswell I am because it does not work.
Nice product. Not. At least my Livestate does!

Problem:-
Backup works 100% apparantly.
Burnt ISO recovery CD 100 %
The first 20 mins of IDR works ok.
Format etc.
Gets to the point of asking for Tape.
Sees the Tape Drive HP Port 2 Bus 0 ID 3 Lun 0
I press OK.
It then making a few noises and ejects the tape.
Then asks :-
Please insert the media to restore in device
But i Just have !
Put the tape in. Same answer. Over and over again.
Now I only used the one tape. Its a 2.5GB test install
so I am not really pushing the limits am I!
DAT72 HP Internal SCSI.
Why will it not accept Tape ?

Hi,

Is it a local IDR or remote IDR?

Ensure that you insert the correct media that restore is prompting for.

Also make sure that the data on tape is not overwritten.

Have you excluded something in the full backup?
