Veritas Bot Exploit

I've been looking around quite a bit and I am unable to find any other additional information about the bot exploit than what I have posted here. Is there any additional information regarding this? What platforms are affected? Is there a patch in the works?

Net Bot with Veritas Exploit

One of our reader report that new BOT variant try to exploit the new Veritas vulnerability. The bot infected system start scanning tcp/10000 for further infection. The miscreants start adapt new Veritas vulnerability other variants BOT.
