Veritas Update Configuration

I cannot configure the automatic update service. When I try I get "Account domain\administrator does not exist" then "Veritas update encountered an error scheduling a Microsoft Windows Task on this local server" I've been through "configuring Internet Explorer for use, etc" and setting up the default logon account, etc and still no luck. Anyone who can help will be sent a new car of the helpers choice. Thanks

Refer the following technot eto troubleshoot this issue:

After entering the local task credentials in the VERITAS Software Update (Vxupdate) Configuration page, the error "Account Does Not Exist" is displayed.
