Version Upgrade Notification

A while ago I recieved a Version Upgrade Notification.

I followed the link on this notification to the Licensing website.
Entered my details but all I get is an error that says:-
'Your request can not be processed now. Please contact Customer Care Center'

I then tried to call them on the phone.....2 hrs later I still get no answer.

I then rasied a support call on their website before Christmas. Quess what..No answer.

I am now trying here.

Could someone PLEASE help me or at least point me in the right direction.

The upgrade wait seems to be a minimum of 1 hour 45 min. For each of our clients who have been notified they can upgrade to 11D, when we make the phone call it take at least that long and once took 21/2 hrs. Lots of people doing upgrades, I'd through your phone on speaker and wait it out.

At least you have your upgrade notification. Still waiting for ours. :(

-- Please log on to the licensing portal:

-- go to License management

-- Your license catalog

-- Search by SERIAL NUMBER

-- Search ADDED

-- Enter the serial number

-- Once you find the license please go to "view details" then click on "register this license" and you will be asked to confirm the information such us email address where you want to receive the license file.

-- At the end you should get a confirmation page.

Thanks for your reply.

When I log in Licensing portal I get my login details and at the bottom are four tabs (Verifications Questions).
If I attempt to put anything in any of these tabs I just get the error 'Your request can not be processed now. Contact Symantec help desk'

I dont see any links to License management or Your license catalog.
Am I on the right site?

Also I have a lot 3 Software Licence Certificates and 3 Technical Services Support Certificates with loads of codes and numbers but none are listed as Serial Number.
