View System State Files?

Is there a way to view the files that were backed up by the system state? I would like to verify that the c:\winnt\security\edb.log file has been backed up in the system state.

RE-direct restore the system state to c:\temp or something and you will see everything it has backed up.

I tried your suggestion but it doesnot restore to an alternate location.

Any suggestions you may have please advice.

If i selected shadow copy or system state the pick file re-direction it works in 9.x or 10.x

I tried but it fails.It gives me ACCESS DENIED MESSAGE.I restoring on the same machine on a C :\TEMP folder where in Veritas Service Account has full control.

Any comments /suggestions ?

You can go to the restore options and search catalog and can check if the file is backed up
