W2k3 R2 and Backup Exec Extremely Slow

We recently upgraded 2 Power Edge 2850's to W2k3 R2 and use Backup Exec for my backups. Since the upgrade we have noticed our Throughput rate on the backups drop to almost in half. We were previously getting 1800 or more Mb/min thoughput on the same server with W2k installed. Has anyone experienced an issue similiar to this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This problem lies on a different level. Search the internet for "TcpWindowsSize".
With this info you can pull stunning speeds out of your NIC.
