If your device is listed as tested , please install the latest Veritas driver.

Additionally we would like to know:
1) Do you see any event logs such as 7, 9, 11, 15 in event?
2) Is your Removable Storage Manager Service running? If yes, Please stop it.
3) Update Firmware of SCSI and as well as the SCSI driver
