You can download from https://https://fileconnect.symantec.com

 

You will need your serial number, which is on your license agreement.

Hello,

I am currently running the 32bit version of v12 and would like to switch to 64 bit. Is this possible, or would I need to purchase an upgrade?

If you login to FileConnect like KTager said, I believe you can see exactly what you can download with your license.  I don't see why you wouldn't be able to use the 64 bit version of the same software...

Thanks for you reply.

The FileConnect system never seems to like my numeric "License Key" - maybe it's because I am in the UK and I have a boxed product.

However, despite the box stating that the software is 32 bit only, there IS a 64 bit disk inside! I can also confirm that my license key was accepted and that the software installs without any isssues...
