Windows agent won't install

Trying to install the Windows agent on a Windows 2000 Server, the install says it is installed (however it only takes about 1 second). Looking on the server, the BE Remote Agent is in services. When trying to start the service, it complains that the file can't be found.

We have 2 servers with this problem.

I have tried manually uninstalling it from the server, that does not work.

Any help would be appreciated.

Found out the problem was due to another application running on port 10000 of those servers. Stopped that application, installed BE Remote, then changed the port that BE Remote runs as. Both services are now running properly.
