i have windows 2003 server with Backup Exec 9.1
as I have problems with domain administrator locks , I want to know if I can change the credentials of all the following services ( Background Intelligent Transfer Service, Backup Exec Agent Browser, Backup Exec Device & Media Service, Backup Exec Job Engine, Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Servers and Backup Exec Server) from the log on tap and put the domain admin account.
The failure message is:
Access is denied to Remote Agent. Check the login account for the specified device.

I go to network-accounts and I change successful the credential of administrator but the message still the same.

Hello,

You can change the account under which your serives are running from the Services applet, rightclick on the service and Logon as. It should be in the form Domainname\accountname. This account should have Domain Admin as well as Local admin rights.

The Remote Agent for Windows servers service MUST always run under the Local System account.

Hope this answers your query.
