knowlegde base soltions did not help.

i do not want a application grt

i just need id to restore individual files.

it seems to work , but i want the error message to dissapear.

...if you just want to restore files and not application GRT then the RAWS agent needs to be installed on the server. Once done, simply back up the drives/folders etc. you want to restore from...
