backup Exec repair issues

I am trying to repair backup exec 12.5 and its promiting a window asking for the 'Symantec Backup Exec for WIndows Servers' disk.  I am inserting the disk into the CD-ROM, pressing ok and its saying the disk not available.  I have 4 disk and I have tried them all with no luck.  Not sure what the problem is.  Thanks

Try copying the installation files to the local disk & then point to those files during the repair

Or from,

http:\\fileconnect.symantec.com .

Once you have downloaded it you can simply run the setup and If the correct version (12.5) is already installed on the system , the wizard will give you an option to repair .
