on one of my customer server, i have backup exec 11d, every time i open it after couple of second it get closed and i found a article in symantec that the user profile is corrupted and need to re create a profile. i had another login and use it and it worked fine. can someone tell me the path of the corrupted file so i can replace it with a new files that are in my new profile?
