backup exec 11d

on one of my customer server, i have backup exec 11d, every time i open it after couple of second it get closed  and i found a article in symantec that the user profile is corrupted and need to re create a profile. i had another login and use it and it worked fine. can someone tell me the path of the corrupted file so i can replace it with a new files that are in my new profile?

Hi User profile is corrupted and need to re create a profile. Someone tell me the path of the corrupted file so i can replace it with a new files that are in my new profile? Ans If profile is corrupted then you need to make new profile as you have done above but I am not sure if you can move copy new set of files to corrupted profile and fix it.
