backup exec 2012

  good morning, 

I have a problem when I create a task backup backup exec 2012 
I get this error message Error automaticNDMPcKPts / automatic TEMPndmpcKPt8-11233-1404919587, every time I give all the credentials to prove.

Hi,

Do you use NDMP at all? Otherwise open up BEutility.exe and run a repair of the BEDB before trying again.

I also assume that you have the latest service pack installed for BE 2012?

what type of files is this job backing up? 

please post the exact error from the job log and run Live Updates to assure Backup Exec is fully updated.
