backup failing due to beremote stopping

Our backups are failing every night due to beremote.exe failing on one of our servers.  I've searched these forums extensively as well as Google.  It appears that lots of people have had this problem, but there is no definitive answer.  We need to get this figured out.  These backups are very important to us.  The beremote.exe is failing on our Domino Lotus Notes server.  On the backup server we are running Windows Server 2003.  We are running Backup Exec 11d Revision 6235 with updates: service pack 3,  hotfix 35, 38, and 39.  On the Notes server we are running Windows Server 2000. I'll attach a pic of the window showing the last time it stopped.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

1. Stop all Backup Exec Services on the media server and the Remote Lotus Server.
2. Open the Windows Registry Editor.
3. Highlight the following registry key: HKLM\software\Symantec\Backup Exec for Windows\Backup Exec\Engine\Domino (On the BE server asnwell as Lotus server)
4.Change the value on the right of Enable change Journal to 0 (Default value is 1)
5.Change the value on the right of Enable notes Database Filtering  to 0(Default value is 1)
6. Start all Backup Exec Services on the media server AND the Remote Lotus Server

If the issue is not resolved after making the above changes then deselect the Lotus Folder from the volume level backup
