backup to tape Queued.

dear,

i have some problem with backup to tape. backup to tape always queued.

and the proccess very long time. finally i cancel the job backup.

- symantec backup exec 2012

- OS windows server 2012 std 64bit

- HP DL180 G6HP DL180 G6

please help me.

...there should be an Alert you can respond too. Just check this, and also make sure the tape can be appended to or overwritten.
