"the database specified does not exist" in the event viewer

I tried to fix it with the next articles, but no function:

Hello,

-- You can perform Recover database and "Reload from Base"
But,
Note 1-- The following procedure will delete the user's Backup Exec data (jobs, selection lists, etc), and install a blank database.

Note2--: All media sets, backup-to-disk folders, and other settings will have to be created or configured again.
