Hello, I download and install the new 2014 version on windows 2008.

I need to backup oracle database in a remote server with windows 2003

It works find when I copy file but when I try to backup oracle resource bengine.exe crash and stoped BackupExecJobEngine service.

In event logs, I have follow error:

A process crash has been detected.

Faulting application: bengine.exe 14.1.1786.1059

Faulting module: bengine.exe 14.1.1786.1059

Fault offset 0x7521a4

Exception code 0xc0000005.

1) If you are not on SP1, run LiveUpdate a couple of times to update BE to SP1 and the latest hotfixes.  Push out the remote agent again after the update.

2) Go to Programs and Features and do a repair of BE.

3) Check the SCL below to make sure your Oracle configuration is supported.

...make sure that any AV installed on that target server isn't perhaps scanning the BE service...if so, put in an exclusion and try again.
