can not create a logon account

hi there,

i tried to create a logon account from Network -> Logon Accounts -> New

Username: mydomain\user1

account name: user1

this is a resricted account name: put a checkmark

when i m trying to log on with this credentials, there is window that trying to connect with media server and then "Access is Denied"

any idea why this is happening

You need to make sure that this account is a member of local administrators group on the media server. Alternatively, it is recommended to make it a domain admin if possible.
