can symantec takes the backup of isci lun, or do i need to purchase the SSN licence

i will use microsoft clusturing and data will be on shared lun,can i take the backup of lun and through network

Once the LUN is recognised on the server as a local disk, you should be able to back it up.  You don't need an further licences.

SSN means  i think we need to take some licence when we are backing up the data on lun

Since you are using iSCSI, the LUN will appear as a local drive.  You don't need any further licence.
