cannot see shares to select

When selecting what directories and files to backup I cannot see the shares for any server, I click on the plus sign and I see just the drive letters. I have both, under option then under Network and Firewall, Enable selection of default shares and Enable selection of user shares checked. They have no effect.

Any ideas?

Have you intalled the remote agent on the non-media servers, and entered the RA serials on the media server?

Hi,

In order to isolate the issue, verify the following:

- Ensure that the services are not stopped.

- Make sure that the remote agent service is running and using local system account.

- You have installed remote agent on the remote servers and the license on the media server. The service should be running.

- Ensure that the media server and the remote server are able to communicate with each other.
