catalog error

I run a full backup to disk which then runs directly on to SDLT tape. When running on to tape I get the below error

"catalog query for next media failed"

I've looked the error up on this site and tried all the solutions to no avail

Have you tried running a job directly to SDLT ?

Is first backup to Disk Job successful ? or do you get any error or?
