Remote Agent/SQL Agent/Open File Option

Hi,

Quick question and probably logical but just making sure before purchase.

We have BE 8.6 including Remote Agent, SQL Agent and OFO, in the next couple of weeks we are will be at upgrading to 10.x but are uncertain if we would need to get upgrades on the three addon/extras.

Will the existing agents and OFO work with v10 or do we need to upgrade those as well.

You might want to give the pre-sales support people a call to confirm, but unless things have changed yes you will need to upgrade your agents as well as the server software. The agents can be a newer version than the server software, but not the other way around.
