There are CatTools for different versions of BE. Make sure you use the correct version. Also, did you put CatTools in the \Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec directory and run it from this directory?

Is becluster.dll actually present in \Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec directory ?

Consider running a repair install of BE as well.

Lastly, are you using the appropriate version of Cat Tools for BE ?

Thanks for answering

Yes, there is becluster.dll file in the path \ Program Files \ Symantec \ Backup Exec.

I've installed from scratch BE. I also tested on multiple servers of the company.

-Catttool.exe Is the correct version downloaded from Symantec.

What is the exact version of BE ? Is it BE 2010 R3 ?

Could you also post a screenshot of the error ? Thanks.

Problem solved. Having backup exec path in the path not executed within the directory.

I tried to run it in the directory and working properly.

Thank you all for your attention.

Regards.
