error accessing snapshot handle

Hello,
I am running Windows 2003 Small Business Server and BackupExec 10.0.
I am getting the following error:


Backup- \\DC01\Microsoft Information Store\First Storage Group V-79-57344-65218 - A failure occurred accessing the SnapShot handle.

Final error: 0xe000fec2 - A failure occurred accessing the SnapShot handle.
Final error category: Resource Errors

Any help with this would be appreciated.
As a side note, why do the V-79-57344-65218 links not seem to work when I click them? I always get a 'Document not found' error.
