time off by 1 hour in email notification

10.0 with SP1 on Win2K, SP4.

Email notification of job status is sent correctly but is stamped exactly 1 hour earlier than event. Time and time zone are correct on backup server and mail server. Also, recips are all addressed as bcc. This should be optional as some SPAM systems reject bcc unconditionally.
