Hi,
I think before you go ahead and repair your BEDB (and it doesn't need it), you need to let us know where exactly you're seeing this error message. Is it on your media server or a remote server running SQL?
If the media server, check the Alerts tab with BE and see if there are any additional alerts being generated around this. Did any jobs fail? If so, what was the error message generated?
Thanks!
