Hello guys i was hoping u could help me witha little problem.
Recently we have been getting messages about once a week saying "mount failed ox800706be(2147944126)"
and then about every 2 weeks we get "Hardware failure v-79-57344-34029".
Ive searched the forms and seen nothing else regarding this . Im hoping its just a patch im missing as the tapes are new and have been set up for the server.
our back up is only 25gb big and were using 80gb tapes so i know its not running out of tape space and if i run the back up manually the next day its usually fine.
the tape drive i have is
IBM VXA-2 80/160GB which was replaced and the problems still presist.
Any ideas ??
