error when upgrading

I am getting an error listed below when trying to install v9.0 , upgrading from 8.0.

pop up window that has "1: 1305 2:

any ideas?

Hello,

we would suggest you totally uninstall 8.0 version along with the updates, and then make a fresh install of 9.x version that you are trying to install.
