exchange 2007 backup guide

I am running backup Exec 12d for my organization.We had numerous problems from day one which we have started resolving but the main challenge I have is when I try to back up Exchange 2007 with backup exec 12d it gives errors and the backup does not complete.

 

I have installed the Exchange 2007 management tools for Exchange 2007 and currently downloading the service pack1 for exchange.

 

I would be appreciative if I can get a a step by step guide on how to backup Exchange 2007 using 12d as it is not properly documented on the Admin guide and the other sites I have been visiting.

I have set up an account exactly the way the link shows, and I am still not able to backup Exchange 2007 on a windows 2008 x64 server.  I do not see an option to choose Information Store when I select what files I want to be backed up.  Is there anything else that must be done to have exchange backed up. I did install the agent.  Any other suggestions would be appreciated.  A guide on Exchange 2007 would be very appreciated here as well.
