help- Job Failed with following error-Could not open the script file

Hi,
I am using Backup exec 9.1 SP4 on a NAS storage server, I have created backup jobs which are completing and have also created the duplicate job that runs when the backup has completed. The duplicate jobs are failing with this error (see above)message on all 3 backups I have scheduled. I do full copy backups on day 1, 3 & 5 and then want to duplicate those onto a backup to file disks. It is not happening for me. The duplicates will reside on a seperate machine
Can anyone please give me a little advice. The admins guide gives little in the way of explanations of this error message.

Scheduled duplicate backup job sits in "Scheduled" status and never runs, or manual duplicate backup jobs fail with "Could not open script file" (a00081cb Hex and e00081cb HEX)
