how to uninstall be 10d manually

i would like to uninstall be 10d because i cant install it after restoring system state in the server.
first i sucssed to uninstall be10d and i cant restart the server so i cloesd it manually.after turn on the ad stop working so i restored the system state and then the be10d is in the program agin so i uninstall it agin but didnt sucssed to install it agin

Hello,

Had you previously uninstalled it from add/remove programmes? Is the Veritas folder still present in Program files? Do you also have Registry keys for Veritas present? Are the BE services also there on the server?

Note that in order to get a manual uninstall done, you will need attention from a technician. In case you have the support contract, you can call our local support number and get help from an engineer on this issue.
