i always got this error when ever i installed the backup exec

I always got this error when every i try to install the Symantec Backup exec .

how to solve this or is the installation files are corrupt

It could be that your installation DVD is corrupted.  Download the installation DVD again and use an ISO tool to extract the files from the ISO image to make sure that it is readable.
