symantec said backup exec is support veritas

i'm just need backup exec 2010 r2 install file

Support for BE 2010 ended on February 1, 2017.
So, there will not be any download available from Veritas or Symantec.
(Same as Microsoft no longer provides any W2003 software)

Your only hope is if 'someone' has the software in a 'bottom drawer' and is willing to upload it for you on their web storage. 

PS:
I'm curious to know why you need such old software...
