installing SP1 for Win BUE 9.0 fails and rolls back

whenever I try to run this ( I did get the updated one) it ruins about 2/3 of the way through the progress bar then says it encountered a problem and rolls itself back. Any ideas? I spent 3 hours on the support web site, tried many things, got nowhere. Any help willbe appreciated.

We recommend you to upgrade ver 9.0 to 9.1 which is a free download. Please refer to the following link to download 9.1.
