Problem with File Recovery

Hello,
I charge Backup Exec 9.0 to Recover one File. After the transaction in theBackup Exec log is the message that the recover was succesful but the File isn´t recovered on my System and the Remote Agent is stopped with a unexpected Failure.

I use Version 9.0 4367

The file that you are trying to recover is this on local server or remote server?
Before restoring when you try to catalog do you see the files?
