job logs will not print automatically

We're using BackupExec 8.6 & trying to set it up to automatically print job logs when the backup finishes (regardless of successful/failed status). I have the printer I want to use set up as the default printer for the logged in windows account and the system services account. If I log in with either of these accounts, I can print remotely with no problems, but BE has never printed a job log upon completing a backup job. Anyone know how to fix this?

An update: I got the notification to print that says Job Succeeded, but the Job Log doesn't print with it -- and the box is checked for this option...

I would be interested in seeing the solution to this as well as I have had the exact same problem with BE 8.6.

I never found a working solution though.
