minor bug - wrong mimetype in notification e-mail

This is just a minor annoyance, but the mime-type sent for the html attachment in the notification e-mail is currently set to application/octet-stream. It should be text/html. My e-mail client will display attachments of appropriate mimetypes inline, so it is a bit of an annoyance that the mimetype is wrong here.

As of now the mimeType cannot be modified in backup exec version 9.1.

As you suggested we will take care of passing the suggestions on to Engineering.
