not in a time window

I am having a problem with one of our servers backup exec process. we have not been able to get any backup for more than 3 weeks with the same error. under the status of the backup job, it says Not In A Time Window. I have changed the time period twice for the backup job but it did not do the trick. when I look at the job monitor, it says that the status of the job is Not In A Time Window. anybody have any ideas? I am going crazy here. thank you very much for all the answers. have a wonderful day.

Have you tried deleting the old job and creating a new one?
