I want to delete unecessary recipients from the notification lists, but can't find where to do it...any suggestions?

From the menu, select Tools/Configure Recipients. You should be able to configure your recipients from there.

Hi,

On the navigation bar, click Alerts and then under Views in the task pane, click Active alerts.

2. Under Notification Tasks in the task pane, click Configure recipients.

The Configure Recipients dialog box appears.


Here you can Remove the unwanted recipients.
