Hello
I have BE Exec 2010 and Lotus Domino Agent.
From all my other Servers (physical andVMs) I can backup & restore Domino DBs.
But on this Server not.
I already reinstalled the agent.
and Set Enable offline Backup in Registry to 1, restartet the agent or rebooted, but it does not work.
All files in the Domino folders are being backed up, but no .nsf and .ntf
I attached a Screenshot of my Domnio Configuration in Registry.
Sorry for my poor english
Thanks a lot

If you have a Domino Agent, then you should turn of AFE (Enable Offline Backup). Otherwise, you would be backing up the .nsf files twice.
With the Domino Agent, you should select the .nsf from under the Domino Databases section and not from the C: drive section.
What is the version of Domino that you are running?
What is the version BE 2010 that you are running? R1, R2 or R3?

Domino is 8.5.2 FP2.
OS Server 2003 R2 x32
BE Exec 2010 (13.0.) Rec 2896
Okay, but if I set Domnio Offline backup to 0, and restart the agent, and backup again.
It makes no difference.
Unter restore in BE there is not Domino databses section.
On my other Domino servers there is also no Domino section, and I choose the DBs from C: for example.
But the Domino Agent is installed on the media server.
Some weeks ago I had the error that no Domino database are being backup up.
So I added the Domino path to the system location and the error message in be exec disappeared.
But now no Dbs are being backed up.
I do not have a registry setting from IBM Lotus - Domnio where the Domino Directory are as I also do not have and need these on other servers.
And If i Set these reg keys it is possible that the Domino does not start anymore because of License File error (thinks it is new installed).

You are running BE 2010. To backup Domino 8.5.2, you need BE 2010 R2 or BE 2010 R3. See the SCL below.
BE 2010|2010 R2|2010 R3 Software (SCL)
You should upgrade to R3. Your existing licence keys will work. You can download R3 from either the fileconnect site or www.backupexec.com

I do not think so, as I backup many other 8.5.2 Dominos just fine with this BE 2010.
Anyway, I will update to R3.

An unsupported configuration means that it has not been fully tested by Symantec. It may or may not work. If it works, you are lucky.
You are at liberty to stay with BE 2010, if you feel that it is working just fine with Lotus 8.5.2.

Post a screenshot of your selection screen for the problem server.
