problem with remote agent

HI,

i am facing some problem with remote agent and veritas backup.Version 10.d.
all the windows are updated till today, latest drivers, veritas updated and remote agent too.

now i have one backup server and some servers which are backed up with remote agent.it works fine for all except one where it gives the error for that particular server for the remote agent lost connections to server.

I have enabled the debugging mode and i have the following log:

Hello,

Remote agent service stops during the backup?

Are you backing up 64 bit win 2003 server?

Are you getting event id "7034" on the remote server?

Your log entry is pretty much the same as what I get when my remote agent disconnects (see below). The service is still running, but the agent stops processing files and sending them to the media server. Did you get a solution to your problem?
