read lto3 from library lto6 BE20

No puedo leer informacion desde una libreria LTO6 de mis cintas LTO3. me da error de codigo de barras, aunque ya se encuentra configurado

I'm afraid this is not supported by the Tape Library, not an issue with BE. LTO drive generation 1-7 are able to read tapes from two generations prior and are able to write to tapes from the prior generation. Hence, in your case, LTO-6 drives can only read down to LTO-4 tapes, and it can read/write down to LTO-5 tapes only.

I think you need to check the compatibility of your tape library.

I dont think LTO6 would support LTO3, since LTO6 normally support R/W for backward one generation (LTO5 )and R for backward two generation (LTO4/5).
