restore full backup to an identical server

I have two identical HP Proliant servers and would like to use the second one as a backup of the first which is my exchange server and domain controller (sbs 2003).  I have exec 11d with exchange agent and remote agent for windows.  Is there a set of instructions to take a tape from one server and restore it on an identical server?  Thanks   Dean Hoffman

What you are looking for is called a Manual Disaster Recovery. It's covered in the Administrator's Guide.
With "normal" Windows Server it's fairly straightforward. I think you have to do things slightly differently with Small Business Server, but I've not done it myself.
