restore individual mailbox items from exchange incremental

is it possile to restore individual mailbox using GRT from a incremental backup job? works fine from full backup but incrementals only show log files.

If i remember, you can restore individual items from incremental backups, however these have to be policy-based jobs

And again, cannot from tape backups...need to duplicate to disk first

OK - is there any docs about creating a policy based exchange backup job? I have not used the policy based job wizard before.
