I'm running backup exec 8.6 installed on windows 2000 server. it has 2 NICs installed, i use one for it's own backup network and the other for the main network. i have 2 other machines, also w/ 2 NICS, one is a windows 2000 server and the other is a windows 2003 server. seems like the windows 2000 server box backs up on the backup network. but the windows 2003 box uses the main network as it's backup. the backup server cannot backup the windows 2003 box thru the backup network. is the the nature of version 8.6? thanks.
