service problem

hello,

I'm install Backup exec for Windows 11d on windows 2003 server enterprise edition ( SP2 instaled).

but backup exec server service did not start. in the application log error message :

The Backup Exec Server Service did not start.  An internal error (-536837662) occurred in object 11.

My regional and language options English and United State.(not turkey)

I installed MDAC 2.8 and SP1.

Backup exec server service used domain administrator account.

What is the problem ?

Are you using the Backup Exec instance of SQL or did you install Backup Exec into your own SQL instance?

SQL Express 2005 installed when necessary BE setup wizard.. SQL server service started and running no problem.

BE SP1 downloaded and installed. But problem to continue .

thank you for relation. I used VxGather.exe utility and export all log file. I send results via FTP .cab file name : 17-11-2007_W5K.cab . to boot I send my ftp server. file name : http://www.gnome.com.tr/ba/17-11-2007_W5K.cab

I want to using backup program Symantec Backup exec server. But not running. If  I not solve this problem, we to use second program IBM Tivoli Software ...
