single file restore - no files and folders visible

Hello @all,

I'm a beginner in BackupExec 12.5 and 2010. Formerly I used only NetBackup versions 6 and 7.

I've a little problem with single file restore.

If I select an older tape for restore (backups older 30 days) I only see snapshots, no folders and files?
In new backups I can find folders and files.

Where all the files are gone? :)
