spectra 10000 library

i replaced a faulty adaptec card. now the device is not in veritas, but windows removable storage sees it just fine.
how do i add this library back into veritas?
it shows up in addam log but if i go to wizards/ config hardware i do not see it.
i'm using 9.1 and windows 2003

You may also use latest device drivers that you available which will help for the device to function and work properly with Backup Exec software.


Uninstall the existing device drivers and reinstall the latest Veritas drivers. Run tapeinst.exe to install Veritas driver.
"TAPEINST.EXE" is located in the directory x:\Program Files\VERITAS\Backup Exec\NT (TAPEINST.EXE" is an automated installation application for installing tape device drivers )
